Returns

Returns - NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES are accepted on used/open products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened/unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any problems, missing items or issues with your shipment must be reported via email within 5 days of delivery. Refunds/Account credit are offered up to 30 days of purchase. Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date. Note: SHIPPING COST IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

You can submit your return request via our email hello@sophiescosmetics.com within 30 calendar days from your order arrival. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items.
  • Carrier tracking shows package delivered, but never received. Please contact your local carrier to investigate.  
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your item(s) are returned not in the original condition, we may refund up to 50% of the item price and/or may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of return package arrival at our returns processor.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@sophiescosmetics.com

Shipping

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). To return your product, you should securely wrap and mail your product to:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If your product is received within 30 days of the ship date, your account will be credited for the returned items. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process the return. We are not responsible for lost shipments. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
