Why is my order taking longer than expected?
At times, United States Postal Service experiences higher shipping volumes and occasional network slowdowns, which can extend delivery times beyond the estimated window. While this is outside of our control, please know your order is still moving through their system.

Is my package lost?
Most delayed packages are not lost - they’re simply taking a bit longer to reach their destination. Tracking updates may pause temporarily and then resume once the package is processed at the next facility.
