Skin Script Routine for Acne-Prone Skin

Here’s a professional Skin Script routine specifically for acne-prone skin, designed for home skin care routine.

🌞 MORNING ROUTINE

1️⃣ Cleanse

Glycolic Cleanser (if skin is oily, congested, non-sensitive) Recommend use of this glycolic cleanser only once per day. Use a foamy or creamy cleanser to remove makeup before using this product. If irritation develops, reduce usage to 1-2 times per week.
OR
Green Tea Citrus Cleanser (if inflamed, sensitive, or teen acne)

✔ Removes excess oil
✔ Gently exfoliates
✔ Preps skin for treatment products

2️⃣ Tone

Cucumber Hydration Toner

✔ Light hydration without heaviness
✔ Balances skin
✔ Calms irritation

(Skip alcohol-based toners — they increase oil rebound.)

3️⃣ Treat

Blemish Spot Treatment

✔ Sulfur-based drying treatment
✔ Reduces pustules quickly
✔ Use only on active breakouts

Optional for more inflamed acne:
Clarifying Toner Pads (2% Salicylic) – 2–3x weekly

4️⃣ Hydrate

Light Aloe Moisturizer

✔ Oil-free
✔ Soothing
✔ Won’t clog pores

5️⃣ Protect

Sheer Protection SPF 30 (daily)

OR ClearChoice Sport Shield SPF 45

✔ Prevents post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation
✔ Protects compromised acne skin

🌙 EVENING ROUTINE

1️⃣ Cleanse

Same cleanser as AM
(Double cleanse if wearing makeup or sunscreen)

2️⃣ Exfoliate (2–3x weekly)

Raspberry Refining Scrub
OR
Clarifying Toner Pads

Do NOT over-exfoliate — barrier damage worsens acne.

Retinol 2% Exfoliating Scrub (for thick, resistant acne)
OR
Glycolic and Retinol Pads (for acne + pigmentation)

Alternate nights with actives to avoid irritation.

4️⃣ Moisturize

Light Aloe Moisturizer
