BiON Refreshing Toner is a hydrating toner with therapeutic amino acid action for all skin types.

This toner is ideal for both toning sensitive skin and clean-up following extractions or microdermabrasion. It uses enzyme action to remove cellular debris and therapeutic amino acids to promote healing. To further boost healing and skin strength, there is some Panthenol (Vitamin B-5) in the formula. BiON Research's Refreshing Toner also has ingredients to increase the water content in the top layers of the skin and is a wonderful skin conditioner. Aloe vera also helps make it much more moisturizing than many other toners. It also has a soothing cucumber and herbal aroma.

Skin types: Dry/Normal/Combination/Oily

Directions: After applying cleanser, spray on toner pad and apply to skin. Make sure to avoid the area immediately around your eyes. Follow with serums, moisturizers, and SPF/sunscreen.
