Rhonda Allison Mandelic Defense Tonic is a purifying toner delivering exceptional antioxidant, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory benefits. It's useful for acne-prone skin types, as well as those exposed to toxic elements, while still mild enough for rosacea and sensitive skin.
